Nice small town next to the Neamt old fortress, and in driving distance to around 20 old orthodox monasteries. Also the town of Romanian author Ion Creanga, in the Humulesti village nearby it’s his memorial house museum. For quick shopping you have local small shops and Lidl. A perfect offer for a low price with a great breakfast. This time I tested the late check-in option and it was not a problem - the entrance is organized automatically. I would like to advise to return the practice of bottled drinking water in the room - perhaps for an extra fee. He checked in with me often to make sure I didn't need anything, and it was very nice to have that personal touch. I liked that my dog was allowed to stay as well, this is not very common and meant a lot to me as I was in the area to do some hiking and wanted to bring her along.
