Nature Kigali is a friendly and relaxed hotel , convenient for the airport and conference centre. The food was of very high quality. I stayed a few times when I returned to Kigali after visiting different areas of the country. It was a home from home. I will recommend it as a place to stay for any friends visiting the country. Lovely spacious room, good in-room facilities and great food. The reception staff are professional and so helpful. The f&b staff go above and beyond, remembering preferences and always friendly and chatty. More like a 5* hotel. The manager was often on hand and made a point of introducing himself and checking all was to my satisfaction. The pool is a great place to relax and cool off with a drink after a busy day too!

Everything was spot on. Cultured staff, neat room, great environment and view. The breakfast was also tailored to what I wanted. I haven't seen such coordinated hospitality in recent times.
