How miss Fidaa was very cooperative and comprehensive when asked for early check in since we were very tired back from a very long trip, so thankful to this decent and respectful lady.

We were a family of 5 that booked 2 triple rooms, so that we can have 2 bathrooms. The rooms were of exceptional quality. The bathrooms were clean and good too. 1. The place is about 8 km from the Shaib Amir bus stop in the Gazza area, where the shuttle dropped us. It's about 8-10 mins with no traffic and 20-30 mins when traffic (during salah times). 2. The shuttle service is shared with three other hotels and is every 30 mins (usually). The best part about the hotel was shuttle service. The second-best part was it is near few budget-friendly restaurants. There is an Afghani-Pakistani foul restaurant about 2 min walk from the hotel, where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner for very cheap. 3. There is a mosque within the hotel, so that you do not miss your prayers, if you are late, when going to Haram. !!!SUGGESTION!!! If you have any elder with you (over the age of 70), then shuttle might not be the good option for you. But you can take a taxi for 30-40 riyals (one way trip), which will drop you at the upper level of King Abdul Aziz Road, where you have the taxi drop off. Prayer area is then 2-3 mins walk from there. Sadly, only taxis are allowed, and no shuttles. A couple of days, we took the shuttle to the Haram, and then took a taxi back, as we were tired to go back to the shuttle area (25 mins walk). But if you are willing to walk a little, you can walk to the first floor Ma'taaf in the haram, from where the Kabaa is visible, and there are praying areas as well. In order to go to the first floor Ma'taaf, you can take two routes. 1. Ajyad bridge that directly takes to the first floor Ma'taaf, from the clock tower side. About 20 mins walk from the Gazza bus area. 2. The better option would be to enter from the first floor Ma'saa exit bridge, where you can enter at mount Marwaa (first floor), and from there enter the first floor Ma'taaf. This is about 12-15 mins walk, and a better option in my opinion.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during the check-in process. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. It's also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the Haram, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The chef, Mozammel Din Islam, is super welcoming, smiling, and helpful. His cooking is exceptional.

Absolutely amazing genuine stuff here, great stay everything was very techie the rooms were great and spacious the shuttle service was great but the hotel is just far from the city, great atmosphere and amenities definitely would recommend and will be coming back.
