I loved their shuttle service. This hotel is situated a bit far from Haram sharif. With car/bus it will take you 5-10 mins to reach to Haram. But if you walk it Will take you 40-60 mins. Good part is the hotel has own shuttle service to and from Haram to Hotel every 10 mins.

We were in Makkah for 3 days to perform Umrah and Loved the stay thanks to this hotel. The place is conveniently located very close to Haram, King Fahad Gate, away from the rush area. Approx 5 minutes away by taxi which will cost 10 Riyals. There are not many shops nearby so it is not packed with people. The food was amazing, starting with the breakfast as well as in room dining service. The Staff are amazing, especially Karim, Rayan, and Ameera, who were always helpful. There is parking available at site for 60 Riyals a night, which is slightly high. Overall, this was an exceptional stay for us. Thank you for the amazing service.
