This hotel is incredibly peaceful and excellent in every way. The staff’s responsiveness is outstanding, and their service is prompt. The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. Room was extremely clean ! The staff so helpful and friendly !!! Free bus to go to the haram exactly 19 minute ! And uber 6€ 14 minute away . Breakfast it’s very very nice ! If you say it’s no good you lie guys

Receptionists were kind and helpful. Room was big and clean. There is a “mall” inside the hotel where you can find souvenirs and other things for a good price. Free bus shuttle from hotel to haram and viceversa, the bus departs every 10 - 15 minutes // 24-7. Just fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay there.
