This hotel is incredibly peaceful and excellent in every way. The staff’s responsiveness is outstanding, and their service is prompt. The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. Akram was also exceptional and provided top-notch service. I highly recommend staying here. The prices are very affordable compared to the location and nearby hotels. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to the Holy Mosque (Al-Haram

Nice location, so close to the Almasjed Alharram just few steps, at the beginning it wasn't easy to find, but then realized they have two main entrance, either by going to 3rd floor or on the side of the buliding there is a private elevator to the hotel. Will be back again inshallah

I loved their shuttle service. This hotel is situated a bit far from Haram sharif. With car/bus it will take you 5-10 mins to reach to Haram. But if you walk it Will take you 40-60 mins. Good part is the hotel has own shuttle service to and from Haram to Hotel every 10 mins.

    Nice clean hotel at 10 min walk from Haram. Smooth check in, polite and cooperative staff, clean modern looking room. Restaurant needs up gradation, and addition of a light breakfast in this rate would be wonderful.
