A lovely, modern hotel with lots of old-world charm. The rooms are generously proportioned, the staff was helpful and the breakfast generous (eggs/meats/porridges cooked to order as well as a buffet). The spa area is very nice with great views on the grounds and good facilities. They manage to balance a sense of the old and new very well.

I love this place! - Some people claims, that breakfasts are boring and repeatable; well, that's true that usually choice of dishes is the same each day. Anyway, it's a great choice and it's possible to create tottaly different breakfast using proposed ingredients. There's different types bread - sometimes still hot, plate with cheese, yoghurts, cereals, some hot dishes - like sausages, beans, vegetables, fresh fruits etc. So I think that's a great breakfast. Staff is very friendly :) - Rooms; standard rooms have everything I need. A lot of place (so I was able to do exercises when needed ;), comfortable bed, TV and small kitchen. - Staff; It can be hard to communicate in english and I think that it would be hard to communicate at all, if you don't know any of slovian languages. Anyway, staff is very nice, very helpful and smiling. - Aquapark; as I expected :) Hot water, nice slides, good drinks & excellent sauna center. - Localization; Amazing. I mean - If you like to make hikes. It's between high tatras and low tatras ; so you travel to both. I don't know if there's good public transport as I was travelling by car, but you can reach a lot exciting mountains, valleys, castels in less than 30 minutes.

Value for money. Clean, comfortable with great food and excellent customer service. Lady at the reception was super friendly and professional. When not busy dinner served as a choice from menu but still more than sufficient. Lovely spa.

    Good for relaxation and calming vacation - thermal water pools and SPAs nearby. Not very interesting for children, although Bešeñova is close. Felt lack of Slovak restaurants- just beer pubs and 1 pizzeria.

    My family and l stayed in the Villa Lucky for the second time. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipt. Children enjoyed the toys and activities on rainy days and the garden on sunny days. We highly recommend this lovely place. The owner was very helpful and kind in all our communication.
