A very good hostel. I stayed longer because I needed a break from the constant traveling and wanted to continue planning in a relaxed way. I stayed in the Sapporo House room B. Adequately sized bed and clean. Cleaned every day (the staff is very nice). Bathroom large, detergent available, very clean. Contact with the hostel was great. Always replied to messages and responded quickly. As I had problems with the hot weather, I wasn't feeling well and had several bad nosebleeds. The staff also provided me with medical care. Thank you very much for that.

I don't know why this place doesn't have a better score. everything was clean, really near from the airport (I arrived walking 5 min), the guys helped me to print some documents, really comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with shampoo and bath soap,, the beds have comfortable stairs, each one has individual light and connector. Everything were PERFECT

15 minute walk from the airport. Really clean room with kettle, tv and air con. Restaurants 5 min walk away. Highly recommend if coming or going to the airport!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! I am a flight attendant so I have stayed in my fair share of hotels and this one is one of the best! We stayed here for 8 nights in early September, the weather was not the best as it is rain season and I feel the hotel could have more indoor activities during this time. However the rest of our stay was amazing the outdoor pool and bath are a lovely addition. Breakfast was lovely, quite small buffet selection but a good rotation and you are able to order from a menu aswell (eggs Benedict omelette etc). We also dined a couple of times in the restaurant and room service and food was amazing! Pineapple fried rice was one of the best and I had it many times in many different restaurants during this trip!!! This is definitely a hotel for couples or even solo travellers however it is far from a lot of the attractions in Phuket but for the luxury of the hotel it was worth the taxi ride. I would definitely stay here again. I must add a special mention for the hotel manager Anna who went above and beyond for us when my partner had a fall and badly injured his toe! Overall great stay and a hidden gem in Phuket!

    I went to Ban Bo Han for an overnight stay in order to catch a morning flight from the airport. I was only there for an afternoon and evening. There were plenty of shops and restaurants and, for Phuket, the traffic was not too bad, so quite a pleasant place to walk around.
