    There is a village feel to Kamala Beach, you can easily walk...

    There is a village feel to Kamala Beach, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants etc. Lots of local stalls for drinks, food, massages, sun loungers etc right on the beach. Later in the day beach volleyball is very popular - casual horseriding, jet skis, surfing and parasailing available. Some walkways/footpaths along the beach restaurant areas have been upgraded in the past 2 years - so much easier. There are now 3 supermarkets on the main road. This area is very popular with something for everyone. Our absolute favourite area in Phuket.

    It is a good beach with surf and facilities all along the beachfront. Shade from trees and plenty of chairs to hire. Food drink and massage readily available and also surf board, boogie board hire - lessons if wanted.

    The beach was clean .

    The beach was clean . There were designated areas that had clear notices saying it was dangerous to swim . There was an area that wasn’t designated dangerous for swimmers where the waves weren’t big. Lovely to sit and watch the water. There are lots of little restaurants along the Beach.

    Kamala Beach is much quieter than Patong.

    Kamala Beach is much quieter than Patong. Good for those who do not need a marijuana outlet on every corner or taking your life in your hand crossing the road. Good for families or more mature people who do not need to be entertained 24//7. Everything you need is within walking distance including supermarkets, public transport (though not very frequent), and a lot of restaurants and bars.

    Been going to Phuket for years, sorry to say Phuket is not...

    Been going to Phuket for years, sorry to say Phuket is not as nice any more, to much traffic and the prices have gone up silly, the green fields are all being built on close to the sea. This is not Thailand, it's more like tourist paradice.

    if you're into chill beaches, this is the one for you! not overcrowded, not too many kids, not loud and drunk tourists, decent amount of restaurants next to the beach... regarding beach experience itself - I would say it was clean, water is also without garbage, and high and low tide dont affect too much water experience

    An excellent place with only four rooms. Very nice and hospitable hosts. If you're reading this, a big hello to you and to charming Bella too 😉 The room was very clean, with a fresh renovation. There’s a smart TV for those who need it, a balcony, and a view of the mountain. You can tell by the room’s comfort that the hosts truly care about their business and guests. You can rent a bike here also. It can sometimes be a bit noisy since the road is nearby, but that’s a common issue for half of the hotels in Phuket.

    At the reception Dee & Pop Corn was so kindly....Actually all staff from pool bar to restaurant were so kindly.....Amazing room ...it is not a room....amazing villa with a private pool...amazing wiev ..we planned 2 weeks in phuket and stayed here for 5 days..we spend all time at hotel for 5 days There is a private beach and a good pool at the beach also...we enjoyed every minute we stayed...Breakfast was so good...Thanks

    First of all, Bon is one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I’ve ever had during my years of travelling. The hotel is very stylish/trendy, but still cosy :) The room itself is super spacious and very clean. The bathroom is also very comfortable and with a lovely shower. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again if we would go back to Phuket!
