The owners are very nice and friendly. We are late to check in without dinner and they would like to cook for us. We really appreciated their kindness and they cook very delicious food!!! We will like to come again if we are at Chiang Mai again.

I had initially booked at this property for a night. It's a really big property and the room was overlooking a football field. Being a football I loved it and also there was a match going on while I was there so I had the opportunity to watch a bit of the match as well.Guess what I loved it. I ended up staying for two nights. It's very peaceful out there and I ate all my meals at the cafe inside which was again great food. The manager Jan along with all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there on my way back.

We loved our 3 night stay at Laephu Doona. It’s a small family run business, everyone is so kind and friendly. One of the sons has particularly good English and he gave us suggestions of what to see, and gave us contact details for a motorbike rental. The setting of the hotel & restaurant is surreal and so beautiful, amazing sunsets. The food is amazing here. We highly recommend the snapper (wow!!) and prawns with vermicelli. Breakfast is generous with hot cooked meal & fruit platter. I recommend the Kai Grata (pan eggs Thai style). The bed is the 10/10 comfortable, the best we’ve had so far on our 2 month travels. Very large room with stunning views. All very clean and nice infrastructure. The free bicycles were fun to ride around the village with, but I suggest you hire a motorbike to go to restaurants & sightseeing with. Highly recommend going to Sri Lanna national park & getting the longtail boat to “Mountain Float”, a floating village restaurant.

Excellent location with private balcony overlooking the Ping river. Beautiful garden with large swimming pool. Nice talks with owner. Would have loved to stay longer.

I could not have had a better time staying at Le Cocotier. Where to start? The location is stunning (big garden amidst picturesque countrysides) and everything I've had in the restaurant was truly perfect. But the best of all has to be the staff! Mai and the rest of the team have been nothing short of amazing - he has a ton of knowledge about the region, and I had the opportunity to go for a pleasant mtb ride with him. I will come back here, no doubt! Thanks for everything!

Nested in a wonderful garden. Convenient location to visit the area on daily tours. It is an oldish resort which may need some renovation. Bar and restaurant were closed at the time of our stay. The few people from the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The owner of this hotel is good and helpful. I have stayed here multiple times and he has been very accommodating. The hotel is very laid back and out in nature, so it is good if you want a quiet place to stay.

Everything was really great! Gorgeous place to stay, nice and quiet. The food was fantastic! And the owners are really friendly!
