Absolutely fantastic experience at this Hotel ! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city "Lake" . The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. Wonderful hotel with an amazing staff. I have been there several times and the quality remains very high. In addition, the hotel is very well located, not far from the malls of Tunis and steps away from several restaurants and coffees. The director is a very professional manager, always present for the customers by himself. The staff is very helpful specially in the frontdesk. Breakfast and room service are amazing and very tasteful ! I highly recommand this hotel and I will probably go there again and again for each travel to Tunis.

The view of the Mediterranean Sea was amazing. The hotel was so nice and we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were kind and friendly. We loved having so many restaurants and shops within walking distance and the hotel has a wonderful rooftop restaurant that is definitely worth visiting.

Bed is comfortable, strong WIFI, hot water is adequate for shower, room temp is perfect for sleeping, generous breakfast and hospitality of Hakim is very much appreciated. Beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you. We really enjoyed our stay.The location is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a solo traveller. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
