The hotel was fantastic! The facilities were modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool area was serene, and the atmosphere overall was very relaxing. I was especially impressed with the staff’s hospitality. Nawfal at the reception was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.

    The port itself is lovely to walk around if you are not afraid of being badgering shopkeepers or restaurant staff,shouting to you and also boat trip sales,it is the quiet time of year over there,but constantly pestering puts people off going anywhere.

    I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters...

    I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters to rent for me to get around where I want to go outside the hotel I was stuck in the hotel in my own company, the beach was too far for me to walk which I would have loved to go down to I love my seafront that was very disappointed. And also yes I will love to come back to the Port EAl Kantaoul.

    Everything was beautiful and nice. It was our wedding and we could have a shooting at the hotel and all the hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and full of variety, pool is amazing, beach is amazing restaurant bar is so good, The room was so clean and has a balcony very quiet and big. AC is perfect. We loved it so much we added one more night even though we had to go to another city after. Thank you so much and definitely see you next time :)

    The hotel is well situated and really beautiful. We spent only tonight so we could not discover all the facilities. The breakfast and dinner buffets, we are really fantastic. The Hotel staff is very, very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

    It was great all inclusive hotel in front of the beach hotel. We were all females and enjoyed our stay overall. We used the spa facilities which were additional charge. A fantastic beach holiday.
