The service was fantastic- every person that works at the hotel is friendly, professional and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the food very good. The pool is lovely with very comfy sun beds. The indoor pool and spa also great. We would highly recommend.

The newly renovated rooms are very good. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning works perfectly, and the shower is excellent. I had no issues with the room’s infrastructure. The service was also very good. Everyone was always friendly. My safe didn’t work after check-in, but after I reported it to the reception, it was replaced within 5 minutes. Very impressive! The massages were perfect! This Hotel easily match, if not exceed, the standards of Hotelresorts of the same categorie in Southern Europe! You can barely hear the noise from the rooms under construction.

Perfect stay. We booked last minute as we decided to visit Hammamet and it was the best hotel during our trip in Tunisia. The staff is all super kind and helpful, from the receptionists to the amazing cleaning ladies and breakfast hosts. They got a great team. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower pressure and temperature was perfect. The room got cleaned daily with beds made, fresh towels etc. Breakfast was good too, with fresh orange juice, and it changes slightly every morning. Location is right on the middle of the main street and close to the beach too. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Marcopolo, thanks entirely to the phenomenal staff. The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service!

The entertainment team at Medina Solaria and Thalasso deserves a special mention, particularly my friend Thamer. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making each activity engaging and fun for both adults and children. From morning exercises to evening shows, the entertainment provided a vibrant atmosphere that kept us entertained throughout our stay. Thamer’s charisma and ability to connect with guests made every interaction memorable. Dining at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences.
