The staff were really attentive. I don’t think that I have been to a hotel where the staff have been so helpful. Everywhere I stayed in Turkey the hotels were great but these guys really put a lot of pride in their service. Thank you Alves Hotel. I hope you guys this level of hospitality next time you go on holiday.

We reached the hotel a little late but all was ready and welcoming without any hassle. They also allowed to eat and enjoy our pizza bought from outside and provided everything from glass.. Spoon.. fork.. plate without even us asking... It was very good and will always remember this hotel when thinking of visiting this area again

After a long coastal journey we arrived at Emens Hotel. With a baby of 5 months travelling can be difficult, but the hotel and Izmir were great to us! I would like to thank the staff, Ms. Tugçe, Mr. Bariş and all other staff for being so kind and uplifting. Truly the gems on top of the great facilities. İn short: +Clean Rooms +Baby friendly, cot was placed in our room before we arrived. +Very Good varied breakfast +Valet Parking in a very busy Izmir +Smart TV in the mirror (Netflix) +Shower pressure is excellent +Great location within 8-10 minutes walk from major shopping places and kültür Park +Mini fridge is filled nicely and the pricing is not crazy like other hotels. +The staff <3, even though we weren't much in the hotel, the smiling faces on arrival makes your day! There is no dinner service, but let's be honest who wants to eat in a hotel when you are in Izmir!? İf you do, they allow to order food into the hotel all the way up your room it gets delivered, even at 1 AM :)

The staff and service are absolutely brilliant! Special Mention to Mr. Hakan and Turker and the team for taking fabulous care of us. Not only did they ensure our stay was comfortable, they arranged all our tours and transport. Just amazing! The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the bustling old town bazar. The rooms and bathrooms are large and we’ll appointed. The open courtyard restaurant was always alive and vibrant.
