A family run hotel that really knows how to take care of their guests. They upgraded us to suite when they found out we were on our honeymoon. They arranged an English speaking tour guide (Ali) for us at a resonance price who went out of his way to show us around the city. The breakfast was freshly made and quite good. I stayed in this hotel with my friend and I loved it. I am going to start with what I loved the most. THE FOOD. THE FOOD was AMAZING. It's one of the best I've tried. The staff were really nice and accommodating. They're quite informative and helpful. We had an issue with our original room and were instantly provided another one. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a hotel close to the travertines of pamukkale. I also recommend doing the tour for the pamukkale travertines, which I booked through the hotel. The tour guide Ahmet was quite informative with the history.

The host and staff here are all very friendly and do their best to assist you. As our car arrived early, they allowed us to check in ahead of time and also helped us book a shuttle to the airport. They respond to messages promptly. We had a great time here. This place is very close to the Lower Gate of Pamukkale. The Asian restaurant next door serves delicious food; the fried rice is really excellent.

This was the best place i've ever stayed. We felt very welcomed when we arrived. There weren't many people so we had the pool and thermal water for ourselves. It's a very beautiful and quiet place, ideal if you're staying a day or two to go to the hierapolis. The son of the owner even gave us a free ride to the hierapolis! And they kept our baggage with them the last day and enjoy the pool if we wanted, even after check out. Also they serve dinner there and it's very good. We had fish and i recommend it. I'd definitely go back to this place.
