The location is excellent. The front desk members, their welcome, their kindness and smiling faces, helpfulness was 10+/10. The room was spacious, quite and with a great view. The twin beds very large and comfortable. Room service was great. House cleaning lady was great also. All staff made our stay very enjoyable. The courtesy treats at the room and lobby bar were a pleasant touch. Thank you.

Blissful Relaxation and Comfort at Divan Otel Adana Our experience at Divan Otel Adana was a perfect blend of relaxation, Turkish hospitality, and luxurious comfort. The spa's Turkish hammam was an absolute highlight, leaving us rejuvenated and invigorated. The spa experience was authentic and soothing, embracing the traditions of Turkish bathing. The hammam's serene ambiance combined with skilled therapists ensured a truly indulgent escape. It was a wonderful way to unwind and immerse ourselves in the local culture. Aside from the spa, the hotel's focus on comfort was evident in every aspect. The accommodations were spacious, well-appointed, and designed with relaxation in mind. The attention to detail in providing a serene haven made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Adana's attractions. Whether we were indulging in the spa's treatments or enjoying the comfortable room, our overall experience was characterized by a perfect balance of leisure and luxury. In summary, Divan Otel Adana provided us with a blissful and comfortable stay. Every time I visit Adana, (considering it’s my hometown) I stay at the Sheraton. They never disappoint. A special thank you to Ugur at reception for his professionalism and kindness. The housekeeping team were also fantastic as always.

It was a well stay for me. From the check in to out everything was well managed. The room was clean and with the amenities. Wifi works very well. AC is also because Adana is a very hot city :) it was quite during nights so you dont hear the road noise. The kitchen has various options for food. I loved the soup especially. The breakfast was also very rich and fresh.

The hotel is well situated, about 5 minutes from the bus station shuttle drop-off point. Plenty fo restaurants around, and nearby is the historic district. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast spread is decent. The hotel and rooms are a bit dated and worn, but everything worked so no complaints there.
