During transportation from the airport to the hotel, I lost my suitcase with all my belongings. Mr. Davut was ready to help from the beginning. He went through contacts and within an hour the suitcase was back. This is the commitment I found, which I praise. It was amazing.

I want to express my gratitude to the hotel. Manager Miraysu POLAT and Murtaza were always in touch and quickly answered for my questions. Food in the buffet is tasty, thank Saniyat for attention. All staff are very polite. In the room was a refrigerator and a kettle. Cleaning everyday! The spa has excellent baths.
