We've checked in for one night but the atmosphere and hotel itself surprised us so much that weve extended our stay twice in total of 5 days. Rooms are super clean and modern (not very big but we'll organized and comfortable). All area around the hotel is very clean and Cosy (from restaurant to pool and the ways between the areas). We were served daily with delicious breakfast (included in the price). Staff is very friendly, helpful and make sure that you're relaxed as much as possible. The hotel is taken care of with the smallest, elegant details (nice shower gel which are really foamy :), great sponges, soaps which doesn't dehydrate your skin, great working equipment, comfortable bed on which we slept amazing, good working airco, nice pool with small Jacuzzi, own parking area, close to the city center but you still need to use a car if you don't like walking too much :), sponges on the sunbeds are super comfy and amount of beds let you always find your spot :). Bar by the pool serve nice cocktails (additional price) but they will surely make you happy with any your request. Entertainment manager Metin is making really good job with giving all necessary informations and advises regarding spending the day or night in the nearby areas, great small talks during the day - people love it :) We can't complain about anything and we will surely come back to Ada Port :)

The location is perfect with everything in walking distance and the main facilities in between the pool and beach. We did all inclusive and found it really good value for money. You get drinks at the pool and beach bars and the food buffet was varied every meal! Wasn't busy over Easter but they still put some events like live music on. The service was exceptional and the staff all made us feel really safe and attended to (shout out to Mert, Erman and Ali!) The room was cleaned every day, a good size and had towels/toiletries. Would stay again for sure!

Miss Cleopatra Hotel is a place where every guest is treated like a VIP. The hotel administration is extremely welcoming. I arrived with my daughter at 2 a.m. and was offered an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after a 38-hour bus journey to Alanya. The service is exceptional. The Turkish breakfast is absolutely mouthwatering 🤤, with a great variety of cheeses and olives. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of local shops and an old bazaar nearby where you can buy fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our room wasn’t very big, but it was cozy and included all the necessities such as air-conditioning, a TV, minibar, a hair dryer, etc. The interior was modern and light, which made it feel even more comfortable. The cleaning team was fantastic! My daughter loved how they folded towels into the shape of an elephant—so lovely! We stayed for 10 days, and each day was filled with a relaxing atmosphere and warm, caring service. I definitely recommend this place and will come back next year with my friends.

Exceptional Experience! Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! From the very first moment, we felt the warmth and kindness of the entire staff. Everyone is always smiling, helpful, and truly makes you feel at home. We would especially like to thank Ismail at the reception, who welcomed us with a smile and explained everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — every detail is designed with care and style. The gardens, pools, restaurants, and rooms are spotless, perfectly clean, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition. Every day, we found a lovely surprise waiting for us in the room — small details that made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail! The food is simply outstanding! Huge compliments to the talented chefs who made sure every meal was varied, fresh, and incredibly delicious. There was truly something for everyone's taste. We also want to highlight the bartenders, who are always cheerful and friendly, no matter how busy they are — real professionals! Special thanks to the animation team, who work hard every day to make sure guests are entertained and having fun from morning until evening. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect vacation with top service, comfort, and an amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!
