Dilber and Mahmut were very attentive and had terrific suggestions for sightseeing and dinner. We would recommend to book a dinner at the hotel as it comes with an individualised menu of the local cuisine, which was very delicious. Best is the attention to detail. Everything .is locally sourced and at the highest quality. The complimentary breakfast is out of this world. We had the pleasure speaking to one of the hotel's owners at multiple occasions, explaining us the amazing history of the hotel, the region and its produce, making us appreciate our stay even more. A highlight was also the donkey transporting our luggage up the hill to the hotel and back. Finally, we have to compliment on the view from the roof top terrace. Ideal for taking pictures of the sunset or enjoying a cup of turkish tea.

I stayed 2 nights in Evar Konak. The upper room view is amazing. Room is very clean and staff were very attentive. When I arrived on the first night, they picked me up from the square and took me to the hotel. Even though it was a single room, they gave me a double room because there was space, there was no difference in price, and since it is a new mansion close to the Republic Square, it is immaculate, I recommend it.
