Exceptional hospitality. Everyone there were so welcoming and attentive. Noah looked after us for the whole stay. He made sure that we have a spot on a bus from Mardin's airport, we were picked up by a member of staff, showed around, given all the necessary touristic advice and treated with delicious breakfasts. The room was beautiful, cozy and warm, despite the fact that it was snowing outside on that day. I really hope to come back.

Dilber and Mahmut were very attentive and had terrific suggestions for sightseeing and dinner. We would recommend to book a dinner at the hotel as it comes with an individualised menu of the local cuisine, which was very delicious. Best is the attention to detail. Everything .is locally sourced and at the highest quality. The complimentary breakfast is out of this world. We had the pleasure speaking to one of the hotel's owners at multiple occasions, explaining us the amazing history of the hotel, the region and its produce, making us appreciate our stay even more. A highlight was also the donkey transporting our luggage up the hill to the hotel and back. Finally, we have to compliment on the view from the roof top terrace. Ideal for taking pictures of the sunset or enjoying a cup of turkish tea.

Great location and historic building Very friendly staff. Vrry nice breakfast. Tarik, the manager, was super nice and made us feel at home. He even gave us a tour of the historic hotel building and its rich history. We left something valuable in the room and it was shipped to us next day. Thank you Tarik and staff.
