I really enjoyed my stay there. The host was extremely nice and helped me with early check-in. The staff was very helpful too. The place was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Also it is really near the train station and a shopping mall so it's convenient to walk there when u arrive by train

The staff were very friendly upon arrival and for the duration of our stay. The room was very well equipped with all amenities you could think of. Balcony was a bonus! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the aircon was on point. Cantonese restaurant was good, although a few dishes were forgotten about, but the male waiter was very young and apologised for his mistake. Food was tasty and decent portions, although a little pricey.

Just two minutes by walk from Tainan station. Very clean and nice room. The staff was incredibly gentle with me and I also could drink a free coffee when I came back to take my luggage. Oh, they also gave me an upgrade so I could get the room with the city view. Thanks for your kindness!

Spotless clean,no strange odours whatsoever, comfy mattress and pillows,solid air conditioning..Cute little foyer with free snacks in the morning. The reception staff was helpful and with good English. Location is amazing!Walking distance to all attractions in the West District, convenience store a min away, Snail Alley next door.
