The apartment was lovely and clean and perfectly situated on the beach. There were plenty of choices for food around the area and the staff were so helpful if you wanted to go anywhere a bit further. As it was Ramadan, I used the hotel next door to use the private beach and have lunch and coffee during the day. Freddie, the chef, cooked a beautiful breakfast daily with pancakes, a full fry up and fresh fruit and he was very friendly. He also offered lunch and dinner. Suleiman took me to the cash point and shop when I needed which wasn't far and I could have walked but it was quite hot so it made it easier to drive. The locals and Messai's were very helpful and would walk with me when I couldn't find restaurants I was trying to get to. I felt very safe with the Messai security and people around the accommodation. The restaurant next door served amazing fresh lobster for such a reasonable price and the local beach had beautiful wildlife like starfish and sea urchins.

Tela is a great host and shows you the place, the beach and where to eat good food which isn't to expensive. It's my first time in Africa, and I feel home and safe here. The strong wind keeps the place fresh with good air from the ocean. I got a balcony, neighbours are chill and its easy to connect. I feel home. Hakuma Matata, thank you Tells for being a great host. My stay at Seashore Beach Hotel in Zanzibar was absolutely fantastic!. The location is breathtaking, with stunning ocean views and direct beach access, making it an ideal getaway. A special shoutout to Edina. Her professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail truly stood out. She ensured everything was perfectly arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The food was delicious, with fresh local flavors that added to the overall experience. I highly recommend Seashore Beach Hotel for anyone visiting Zanzibar.

Best hotel in Zanzibar, and we tried other 5star hotels too. The facilities, design, staff, pool, rooms, cocktails, service - 200 percent. All brand new. Very cozy. Especially the staff were amazing. We asked for fresh seafood barbeque, and they organised it for us. Tepanyaki dinner was also great. I wish we could stay longer!

The hotel was perfect. We spend 2 nights here and I've never seen an hotel so well equipped. Aircon ventilator internet connection were perfect. It is a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. It was safe also to park our motorcycles inside. I can only recommand and the owner is helpful and charming. I can only recommand

Amazing small boutique hotel on a beautiful part of the island. It really felt like home away from home. The staff is very personal and eager to make your stay memorable. Beautiful beach 1 minute walk. Breakfast was divers fresh and delicious. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. You really arrive in a tropical paradise. We had a very relaxed stay and wish to come back. Highly recommend!! Thansk again to all staff 😎.

We loved absolutely everything! The staff were so-so kind and helpful, food tasted amazing and there was always so many different types of it. Air conditioning was better than any else hotel we have visited in Africa or Asia and rooms were clean, big and nice. We also loved the pool area where you can get literally everything you want- deeper and lower water, sunshine and not if you've had enough of it already. And best coctails in pool bar!! We had already booked another hotel too before our trip to Zanzibar (a bit more expensive one actually) and we regretted this decision every day and wished we had spent our whole trip in Zanzibar in TOA's hotel.

The location is great, has a nice beach holidays vibe with only 8 bungalow, so a cozy place and not crowded. Mainly polish and Italians when we were there. We slept 8 nights in a twin bed room, no sea view but the beach was right outside the door. Mattress were super comfortable and air conditioning was working well, there was no sea breeze in our specific room. Pressure in the shower was also there which is a plus. We were very much impressed with the good food from the restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The staff was prepared and nice, really a good team work. We had few power outages as it is normal on the island but the generator is working well and electricity is back in few minutes. A plus, you have also free water all day which is great with such temperatures. Thank you Magda and the Poa Poa Team for the nice stay!
