It is commendable how just within about a month of operations the resort has achieved so much! We were there for about 8 nights. And it was amazingly peaceful. From a lovely beach view, access to the ocean at all hours, friendly staff to the care and attention we got, the stay and our experience was superlative. A special mention to the Chef and his kitchen staff who make 5-star rated food available to every guest for all meals. The presentation to the taste, we used to keep waiting for the day's special everyday. One of the most memorable holidays we have had and definitely going back soon to experience this rendezvous with nature in the best possible setting. Went as strangers, came back missing friends at Zanzibar.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room decoration and the sea view were simply stunning, making it a truly special experience. The common areas, especially the dining space, were beautifully decorated and had such a relaxing atmosphere, also overlooking the ocean. The service was outstanding — the staff were always attentive and willing to help with any needs I had, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better: just 100m from a diving center, 200m from the local village, and right by the sea. It was the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable stay by the ocean.

We had a fabulous stay at your hotel it was amazing. We had pradeep as our butler and he was amazing so helpful anything we needed from ironing clothes to getting drinks he was there straight away. It was a magical stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

The wonderful hotel garden, very helpful and friendly stuff, especially the extraordinary and very kind cook, beautiful and clean pool, very kind and helpful owners, delicious and big breakfast, clean spacious room with nice private Terrasse and the favourite of all Lucy the Monkey. We had peace there and could really reset good. The beach is 3 min by foot away with wonderful sunrise. We will definitely Comme again and recommend it!

A beautiful resort-type hotel in a boutique style (small and private), which offers more than the others. The arrangement of the hotel's exterior with various types of fruit trees offers a glimpse into a part of the world that many tourists would not otherwise get to know. Passion fruit, bananas, mangoes, almonds, papayas and other species grow there. You can also use the private beach and sun loungers of the nearby hotel, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot, or if you take the provided shuttle a little further, you can enjoy the beauty of Muyuni beach (we liked this one better than Matemwe), in front of which sandbanks are also forming. You can also meet their beloved dog and cats at the accommodation. We used the very nice pool, sun loungers in the shadow of the trees and beach volleyball the most, but they offer several other things (e.g. bike rental, excursions) and board games. There are also many books to read if you don't have your own. The food (breakfast included or additional lunch/dinner offer) is excellent. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help.

i honestly cannot express how perfect everything was. From the lovely staff to the service to going extra and beyond. I can’t thank you all enough and wil definitely recommend this to everyone and me and my wife will definitely come back. It was 20/10 absolutely spot on. Owners are incredible and can help you book excursions or transportation anywhere you want to go. They helped us arrange 4 days worth of activities, and we'd decide the night before what we wanted to do the next day. They had great advice in what was worth seeing. Room was beautiful and great that they could accommodate three people in one room. Wifi was a little iffy and only available in the restaurant. But would absolutely recommend and plan to visit again.

    Tranquil northern part of Matemwe beach. Good place to spend your calm beach vacation without crowds. Quite walking distance from public facilities but most hotels in this area have all you need. Recommended.
