Paradise on Earth. Location of this hotel is just amazing. Walking distance to everything (town, waterfalls, restaurants, ...). And the place itself is so beautiful. So green. Just being there could be enough :) We actually extended our stay, because we didn't want to leave. Room was really nice and clean. Great shower with hot water. Breakfast was really delicious as well. And the staff was really very friendly.

A beautiful location with very helpful staff and lovely food. We were well looked after. Jeffrey offered an excellent guided day out with a walk, a waterfall and a sunset viewpoint. We would highly recommend the area and Jua Zuri.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been in Africa with wonderful and helpful management (Jackson and the lady who cooked for us - thank you). The food was delicious (vegetarian), the mountains are beautiful and the people are kind. Great hikes and views.

The stuff was realy kind and helpful. Room was clean and specious, with a balcoon and bwutiful view on the garden. The location is nearby the center of Lushotot, about 10min from bus station. The breakfast was really good, we received also fruits.

We loved the host (so kind) and the staff, the location is perfect (you can start hiking directly from the hotel). In the evening the host cooked for us for small money (we asked in the morning if it’s possible). The day hike to Irene view Point was amazing!! Taxi from the village (nice market) was 10.000, boda boda was 2.000. we love to come back one day (with our kids -hihi)

David is extremely friendly and helpful, he helped us with the onward transport to Pangani and recommended us a nice accommodation there, the shower is amazing, room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and warm, nice garden and fireplace, possibility to have dinner there

    It's an amazingly beautiful place.

    It's an amazingly beautiful place. We enjoyed walking, waterfalls and a sunset viewpoint drink. We only stayed for 2 nights so only had one full day and could've enjoyed at least a second day.

    Well honestly I had a bit of a problem when I first arrived,...

    Well honestly I had a bit of a problem when I first arrived, but the staff was so considerate and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay at their hotel. And the administration was simply amazing. It’s my honest opinion that staying at Kakakuona Lodge made my first time in Lushoto that much more memorable.
