If you have read other reviews from properties in Tanzania indicating how friendly and genuine were the staff, that’s because it’s usually true. But this place was over the top. We were sorry to leave. It is located within Tarangire Park, which jacks up the price since you are paying entry fees for every day you are there, but we found it well worthwhile for the week we spent there. Very few people do that, and we spent some days NOT doing the usual safari, observing quietly the life that came by, as opposed to chasing after it in a car.

Africa Safari Rift Valley features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Magara. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service.

Everything was perfect at Sopa Lodge. I had many questions for them before we went and they were responsive & very helpful each time. It’s a beautiful place to stay and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Sopa Lodge and will be returning again.

This is a little luxury in the middle of the bush. It was not the main seasion, we were the alone guests in the whole accommodation. The place is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was fantastically hot. The tent is big and there is all of the important equipment in it. The meal was very tasty and plenty.
