Excellent value for money. Freshly painted hotel, with nice bathrooms, beautiful building. The sign is on the side of the building, not at the front entry as a heads up. Knock on the door with the red benches.

We liked that is was close to the city center so we could easily visit it and also that was really clean and well kept. The host was really nice and greeted us even if we arrived late in the evening. Also he helped us to get a taxi to and from the airport. Every room was ok, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner and the fan working well. I think it s a really good option for Stone Town, a good quality price ratio.

Thanks Roman, who was a great manager to host us. Everything was amazing, the location is perfect only 2 minutes from Luukman. We even got a late checkout for free which was very comfortable. Would book any time again!

We stayed in three different places in Stone Town because we couldn't find a clean budget place with decent wifi for working. This place was perfect and I wish we had found it earlier. The bedroom is huge and the wifi works very well in the room. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The is AC but the fan was enough to keep us cool.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning. Romania our host was available on his phone. He arranged transport for us from the airport to the property. Location was good - (close to almost everything one needs to see and experience)

I had an amazing stay, the beds were very comfy! Location was top tier, right in the centre of stone town. Area is super safe, I felt very secure. Staff were friendly & always checking up on me! I will definitely be coming back here again & recommend this place to everyone.

The rooms are stunning- spacious and beautiful design. The bed was very comfortable too. The bathtub in the room was a very nice touch. The staff were amazing, always polite and friendly. The restaurant could also accommodate my gluten-free diet for breakfast. This was one of our best hotel experiences ever.

    Lots of cute little streets and lane ways full of...

    Lots of cute little streets and lane ways full of restaurants and souvenir shops. The streets are narrow so be vigilant to traffic and motor bikes. Streets are also relatively clean. A good effort has been made in this respect by local authorities . We saw a few garbage bins and even saw a few recycle bins . Congratulations on tour efforts. Keep it up

    Stone Town was adorable, easy, and fun to walk around!

    Stone Town was adorable, easy, and fun to walk around! There were lots of good restaurants, shops to poke your head into, hotels with rooftop bars, and interesting history and architecture. The main market is packed with spices, nuts, fruit, and more, and is very interesting without being too overwhelming.

    Stonetown could be very crowded and you will have the locals...

    Stonetown could be very crowded and you will have the locals trying to sell things, to be your guide, to take you on tours but apart of all this hassle is a really nece and safe place to visit. You will be in contact with locals, with their culture and you will be able to bargain the prices. We went to Lukmaan restaurant, is a buffet you eat very well and is cheap. You can choose between octopus, fish, meat, rice, vegetables etc everything that you can imagine. For the bar I will suggest Tatu, is a bar with 3 floors with a really nice view to the sea and the beers was cheap 5000tz and is near sunset bar African house hotel you can't miss it.
