Michell is a great employee. She ran the whole place in the morning while cleaning the tables, keeping the kitchen filled and clean, answering the phone and doing laundry!! She is amazing. I wold hire her away from you in a minute if she would move to MN.

We were warmly greeted on our arrival. We were given our pet friendly room on the first floor. We did not use many of the amenities however they looked great. It was great to have a nice restaurant attached to the property. No need to go out and leave the dog. They did up take out for us to eat in the room. A good breakfast, with lots of options was supplied in the morning.

We didn't make it for breakfast. Also we were a little disappointed the pool or sauna weren't open. TV was also a disappointment. Don't get very many channels . We checked out a night earlier because my husband wasn't feeling well. Decided to head back home.Women at the front desk we're awesome.

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great. A/C worked great. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and stove in room was very nice. Parking was very convenient. Free coffee is always a plus and the machine that delivered it in the lobby was nice.

    I enjoyed the hotel while I was there.

    I enjoyed the hotel while I was there. However, the hotel does not care in the least about customer satisfaction. Booking.com asked that the cancellation fee be waived due to a health issue, and the hotel did not respond to Booking as requested. I will never use Booking again and I will never stay at this hotel in Belmont ever again. Their money is more important to them than repeat customers! They just don't care! One week after the cancellation I was able to travel to Sleep Inn at Belmont, but this did not mean anything to these people.

    The registration Lady was especially nice and attentive.

    The registration Lady was especially nice and attentive. The room was professionally prepared and clean. Everything was in good working order and the shower was excellent and refreshing. The breakfast was a great start and value for our trip.

    The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

    The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I say surprisingly because for the per night price I was expecting a cheaper bed feeling (if that makes sense) My one and only bed gripe is that the pillows were too soft. Breakfast was really really good, enough variety and choices to keep me here for breakfast; as opposed to leaving to eat out. If I am ever traveling in this area again, I would about stay here again.
