The lack of transparency about their Pet Policy put me off the hotel completely. I would definitely choose another option for our annual trip to this area and would not recommend the hotel for people traveling with their pet. The hotel is tired and the staff are obviously unhappy which is never a good sign or reflection on the management. The breakfast buffet was missing several items and I had to ask for very simple and obvious things like butter, napkins and a spoon. There was a limited choice of fruit (only apples), one flavor of yogurt and three bread choices. To be fair, my husband thought the frozen omelettes and bacon were delicious.Guest review byGailUnited States

It was an easy walk to several restaurants and we had a lovely dinner at Firebirds. The staff was friendly and seemed quite happy which is always a very good sign and reflects well on the management. I was very pleased that there was no additional charge for our little dog to stay with us. The hotel offered a lot of amenities, too.
