    We spent the majority of our time at the baseball field, the hotel(La Quinta) and Buffalo Wild Wings to celebrate afterwards. All were wonderful! The fields were in immaculate condition, the hotel and staff were wonderful, and the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings were great and accommodating for our large group!

    Only there 2 days for Howard Payne commencement. Very friendly people.Cinco De Mayo celebration that weekend. Teddy's brewhouse had great pizza & excellent friendly service in a large & relaxing atmosphere. Also Underwood's restaurant is a nostalgic must.

    My point of contention with Knights Inn is that they refused...

    My point of contention with Knights Inn is that they refused to credit my account when I informed them I would not be staying for a third night saying that I had to inform them 24 hours in advance.. He submitted an updated booking for $248.60, but until I see that my card is credited in the amount of #124.30, my comments stand. The revised booking has the confirmation number Confirmation number 3038351956. Please inform me when this matter has been attended to.

    Better than expected for the price point. Spent 2 nights here and chose it because it was the best rated hotel in my budget. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Shower had good water pressure and was nice and hot. I like that there were foil packets of shampoo instead of little plastic bottles. Heater/AC maintained the temp well.

    Stay away these people are crooks! I am a disabled vet and have a medical emergency service dog with me and they denied me entry to the hotel? This breaks all laws and will result in fines have as I have reported this to the proper authorties! Then they tried to say I am getting charged for the room after I was denied entry! Stay away they are very rude and not very smart people!

    I love when I walked into my room, the TV had "welcome Chandra", which impressed me. But it was clean, smelled good, clean sheets, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The best customer service I experienced in a long time. The lobby was clean and breakfast was awesome. Every time I come to Brownwood this will be where I'm staying.

    It was a great stay. Even though it was only one night, it was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful with everything. This will be our go to Hotel in this town. The suite was above what I expected. The price was only a little more than the rooms.
