This was our first time staying at this hotel by the arch. We stayed at a different Drury hotel before and we wanted to try the same chain but different place. We enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to another existing visit.

Perfect hotel, excellent breakfast, incredibly comfortable beds, and super clean. The front desk manager (I believe her name was Cheyenne) was an absolute angel. In a moment of desperation, when Booking wasn’t doing its job, she was kindness personified. There are no words to truly describe this young woman—her empathy and readiness to help in a time of need were remarkable. Thank you so much for everything!

Breakfast was excellent! And dinner at the bar. I loved the spa facilities, it was a shame the steam room was not working at the time. Otherwise everything was fantastic! They had sparkling water on tap! I loved that! And the art gallery was a great bonus! loved it!

    We arrived at night, two rooms, we bought one chihuahua dog, they charged $25 from two rooms for her, although the dog was alone in the morning, my questions were not returned, the money was not returned, they gave us the phone number of a manager who does not answer.. I lost time and $25 in this hotel. The air conditioner didn't work, it was very cold, the blankets were thin.. I'm terrible. I won't go there again..;(
