Loved the place: friendly staff, breakfast was included, they have a gym and pool facility. Our stay was very pleasant and would return here again. It is not standard to get a room clean every day, but it is possible if you ask the night before or morning of. Loved the room, had a bedroom, lounge room and kitchen area which was quite spacious, with large windows to let light in also. Originally from a near by township with limited decent places to stay. I chose to drive to Carle Pl. It has restaurants, a mall, gas station. Its easy to maneuver around Long Island from there. Some other mix of something was tolerable. Had better even in NYC. Good eatout located close by. I loved the stay here and the staff were super friendly and attentive. There is a multitude of stores, restaurants within close proximity to the hotel. Unfortunately, when we came the pool was out, which is one of the main reasons for coming with the kids. However, I will be returning pretty soon to finish out the summer. So, initially I was extremely pleased with this location.
So, initially I was extremely pleased with this location. Stay wise, we had a wonderful time. However my husband looked at his credit card statement this morning and realized that they never refunded us the $250 deposit they ask for. The concierge said it would be released the very next day and it has been a week and nothing. When we called she said it was released already but it is not on the card. What is going on???!! We left the room exactly as we found it, minus messy beds. We should have been refunded our deposit. This is an unnecessary headache and needs to be resolved asap.Guest review bySabrinaUnited States
