There were NO supplies: no breakfast, no actual coffee, never asked about room cleaning—just didn’t do it, no soap or shampoo/conditioner etc. after one tiny bar (3 people for 5 days), room keys never worked without re-activation, smell of smoke in no-smoking room, blow dryer worked but covered with hair —dirty filter. The area was good.
The area was good. I was there for my class reunion for Catonsville High. So I was familiar with the area. However, I would not recommend the Ramada Inn West to anyone-since it was very unclean. The rooms need to be fumigated to get rid of the roaches.Guest review byRoseUnited States
