I’ll stay here again when I travel to Ann Arbor. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. Service and breakfast were great. Having guest laundry on the premises was very helpful.

I found it a perfect place to spend a few days in Ann Arbor to visit my daughter studying at Ross. The staff are very friendly , while not invasive of privacy. The rooms are spacious and well fitted. It counts with a nice gym and indoor pool. In my view it offers an outstanding quality-price value. I will deffinetly stay at the Kensington in my next visit to Ann Arbor. Thank you for making me feel at home.

    Sadly things in this hotel are run down and filfthy and dirty rooms stain on covers hair in sink in bathroom tons of dust in the air vents which made us keep sneezing that smelled strong odor of mildew . Just gross

    We got the kid suite , it was awesome I definitely recommend 10/10 the hotel is nice clean and well kept the staff were really nice as well . Will definitely book again!
