    The beach is fantastic.

    The beach is fantastic. The hotel was approximately 0.7 miles from Pier 60. There was some shoppes along the way to include Hulk Hogan's Hangout and Store. Pier 60 seems great for fishing, not my thing, but plenty of people were successful. Lots of stuff to do for the kids and grown ups alike. Our favorite eatery is Clear Sky Cafe which we find the food exceptional and the staff wonderful. We eat there for breakfast and dinner. Our mini vacation was to just relax on the beach where we spent the majority of our time and we took in three beautiful sunsets.

    This place is NOT on Clearwater Beach.

    This place is NOT on Clearwater Beach. It's on Indian Rocks Beach. IRB is a MUCH better beach than Clearwater Beach. I've lived in the are 30 years and everyone knows Clearwater is not great anymore.

    We came to Clearwater a few years ago when it was much...

    We came to Clearwater a few years ago when it was much quieter and less built up. In my opinion I preferred it like this. I feel it has become too commercialised. However it still has a special place in our hearts and we will visit again. We were hoping to eat at McDonalds as that is the children's favourite and we were disappointed to find it had closed down. We ate at the beach cafe close to the hotel which was very similar to the food you get in McDonalds. We booked on the Pirate Ship which was great, the kids loved it and adults loved the inclusive drinks. The best thing about Clearwater beach is the glorious sunset, we also got to see the sunrise from our balcony.

    There is a lot to do at Clearwater Beach.

    There is a lot to do at Clearwater Beach. We went on a dolphin tour and we also went parasailing, which was a lot of fun! There are all kinds of great places to eat, and a lot of shops to visit. And of course, there's the beach! We really enjoyed the beach a lot. The sands were very white and soft. We would definitely visit again.

    This is wonderful and huge.

    This is wonderful and huge. There’s a lot of stuff that you can walk to there is a Pier with sunset event. There is a trolley that goes on both ends of the beach and into other areas that you could get on for $2.25. The taco bus fess cool. Cheap tacos, and margaritas.

    We love it! 4th visit to Clearwater and it’s always great! Great beach and ocean is great! Fun restaurants like Crabby’s and Salty’s and the pier at night is fun! Don’t miss sunrise and sunset and go out on a boat trip!!

    The room was directly overlooking the impressive beach which along with the promenade was cleaned every day. Hotel guests are provided with 2 beach chairs and a sun umbrella or alternatively a cabana at concessionary cost. The hotel is a short walk to a number of restaurants and beach side bars. The Wyndham is clean and well managed in all areas. We enjoyed breakfast each day and one evening meal. This is a good option when visiting Clearwater.

    Large and spacious decent size apartment. Quiet location across from beach and not far from main centre. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Clearwater Beach. Plenty of towels and was very clean. Loved the old art deco style of the place and pool was nice

    The hotel was well situated. Close enough (5-10 minutes) from the main beach which you could walk. If you don't want to walk the beach they had their own private beach and pool and hot tub. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Free parking was a bonus.

    The location of the hotel is prefect. Close to the beach and nice swimming pool. Rooms are great and have a big terrace. We had the chance to have ocean views so we saw the magnificent sunset. Nice to stroll to the Pier or stop in a crab-shack. Lots to do
