The location--- is pivotal ! It is just a couple of NYC Subway stops away from the iconic Times Square--- which establishes excellent connectivity with the City Center. The Room was superb, with amenities as a large fridge, a large microwave oven, dish-washer, kitchen towels, toaster, coffee-maker (although I did not use this last one). Breakfast in the spacious lobby served was sumptuous Continental type, with cereals, milk, fresh fruit juices as well as some other dishes (but as a strict lacto-vegetarian, I could not avail them, as they contained eggs, meat). My room was well-maintained, clean and with decent lighting, desks, closet, iron with ironing table. It essentially was a studio-apartment. The cherry on the cake was the Manhattan-NYC-view from the window, with the magnificent Ed Koch Queensboro bridge ! The staff was all-in-all modest, helping...Enzo, Omar and in fact all of them. They resolved all issues and gave me pointers on connectivity to the locations I wanted to visit. Queensboro Plaza North and 39th Avenue Station are conveniently located (respectively two blocks and one block away). The Queens neighborhood is an upcoming one, and it feels like it has started rivaling Manhattan, given the skyscrapers that are being constructed. Thankfully, there are lots of food options including Indian food ! One added convenience: public laundromats are in the neighborhood on Crescent Street.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. The location is surprisingly convenient: just a 300-meter walk to the nearest subway station, which connects you quickly to all parts of Manhattan in around 30 minutes. Whether you’re heading to Central Park, Times Square, or downtown, it’s a breeze. The hotel itself is spotless. Rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff truly cares about their work. The interiors are cozy and comfortable, and the hotel provides thoughtful extras like a guest terrace, a snack and ice machine area, and 24/7 assistance. The front desk team deserves special mention. They are simply phenomenal – friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. They allowed us to check out an hour later than usual and even stored our luggage for almost the entire day after checkout, which made a huge difference as our flight was late at night. Thanks to them, we were able to make the most of every minute in New York. In summary: everything the hotel can control is done to perfection. It’s clean, welcoming, well-managed, and comfortable, with a truly exceptional staff. The area might not be ideal, but the safety and quality inside more than compensate. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

During my recent stay at Ly newyork hotel, I had the pleasure of interacting with some exceptional staff members who significantly enhanced my experience. Both managers Sid and Jannat exhibited a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. They were always visible and approachable, ensuring that all aspects of my stay were seamless. Their proactive approach to addressing any concerns or queries was commendable, reflecting their dedication to guest satisfaction.Preeti Valeria at the reception desk was incredibly efficient and friendly. She handled check-in swiftly and provided useful information about the hotel amenities and local area attractions. Her warm demeanor made me feel welcome right from the start. The hotel's cleanliness standards were impeccable. From the lobby to my room, everything was well-maintained and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and I appreciated returning to a tidy room after a day of exploring.

    Flushing is great for green areas and tennis facilities at US Open level. It is inhabited mostly by Asians. They are polite and not aggressive, but they hardly speak English. European merchandise is scarce

    Flushing is a great part of New York.

    Flushing is a great part of New York. It was diverse, I was able to have access to basic food options as well as try cultural options of the area as well. Walking in the area was nice people were great and I really did not feel like an out of towner. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

    We were told they had a pool and breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner were closed even though we were told the day before they were open and the pool wasn’t open until after 3pm. We had an afternoon flight so couldn’t us it. It is in Chinatown so there were restaurants and we were lucky that we had one breakfast restaurant near by but we booked it specifically for those reasons so very dissatisfied

    staff is good and the room is really comfortable. if breakfast has more options that will be more presentable for guest .Only one thing i notice i have asked for a hotel taxi and they mentioned one price but when i reached the destination and price is increased and the driver told me there is hidden tips for Taxi callers. I think this should be checked. This happen several times .
