    Fort Worth is the BEST city in Texas.

    Fort Worth is the BEST city in Texas. They have some of the best restaurants (Bricks and Horses at the Bowie House), fab western stores, incredible BBQ spots (Terry Black's BBQ) and best of all, The Fort Worth Stockyards (all the western shops there are fab!). It is a really easy city to navigate and there is always plenty of parking and cool places to explore. There's always something fun to do and you're right in the center of it all. I am never there long enough and every time I go, I find new places I need to come back for. I can't recommend it enough!

    Stayed 3 nights.

    Stayed 3 nights. Plenty to do, went to Fort Worth Zoo, not pricy. Water garden and downtown were worth a visit. A must is the stock yards, easy to get to on bus for $2, great bars, great food, Rodeo was brilliant, spend a whole day there. Ran out of time, needed another day and could have done Dallas on a bus tour.

    Fort Worth is a great town! I live in the DFW metroplex.

    Fort Worth is a great town! I live in the DFW metroplex. Ft Worth has always been a great experience. Billy Bob’s concerts are always great, except for the reserve seating. Not conducive to really enjoying a concert.

    It was definitely a step back in time to the days of the old...

    It was definitely a step back in time to the days of the old west. The twice daily longhorn steer parade was a wonderful treat. We love the history of the steer and of Fort Worth. Our stockyard tour was extraordinarily informational. Cooper’s barbecue was outstanding. The brisket was to die for! We walked everywhere we needed to go. Sadly, we were not there on the days when the rodeo was taking place. Nor was it a good time, mid week, to be there to go to Billy Bob Thornton Honkytonk.

    Do not stay in room 307!!!

    Do not stay in room 307!!! beds was full of bed bugs and the mgmt did NOTHING to assist with finding another room. They were not surprised as the finding. Dave the front person did NOTHING to assist and didn't want to disturb the mgr or upset him. But he was perfectly ok to upset us or inconvenience us. We had to find a hotel more than 20 miles so we could sleep a few hours. All this happened at 3AM

    Clean well stocked room.

    Clean well stocked room. Hall ways usually not lit very well in hotels these were bright with extra room door safety features. Staff friendly and efficient, easy check in and check out. Breakfast included simple quick to go hot and cold options. Would absolutely stay again. Close to anything you need. 20 minutes from DFW airport
