Good location.
Good location. Heating/cooling was an issue in our room with thermostats on the wall that weren't making a difference. The morning we were leaving we found the remotes that regulated the system. That should be explained on check-in. Also was taking to our room that was "ready" and walked in to find the room attendant half way through the process of redoing the room. A great town featuring a beautiful lake with nice parks and scenic areas alongside. The Smith Opera House is a great venue for a concert and the area has a number of nice restaurants, including one adjacent to the opera house. Absolutely loved Geneva and Seneca Lake!
Absolutely loved Geneva and Seneca Lake! The walk (by the welcome center) along the shoreline is beautiful. A great place to watch the sunrise. Halsey’s was a great dinner choice. The wineries in the area were excellent!! Boundary Breaks and Zugibe wineries are must stops!! Gorgeous setting, terrific and accommodating staff, and overall very relaxing. Geneva a small but lovely town and we ate at Halsey's Restaurant, which was quite good. The Belhurst Castle restaurant was lovely and the food was fairly good; the Geneva Resort Boutique Hotel (where we stayed) restaurant wasn't terrific and was quite expensive but the atmosphere was wonderful.Guest review byAnonymous
