Patti’s Settlement was a WONDERFUL eating experience! Just delicious! After dining there-I went straight to purchase Patti’s sauce (+2 for gifts!).The shops were great.lovely outing for low key, trip. Excellent scenery, quaint ‘village - like’ atmosphere. "The Outpost" is a great place to stay in Grand Rivers.
"The Outpost" is a great place to stay in Grand Rivers. The town offers a variety of restaurants and shops and great places to walk. My wife, and I wanted a weekend away from our life’s, and Patti’s settlement in Grand Rivers Ky offered everything that we were looking for! Grand Rivers Ky sounds like an awesome place to bring the kids, and grandchildren one of these days. In their ad Patti's Restaurant stated reservations wasn't required but was recommended. We arrived at early lunchtime about 11:30. We were told we could make reservations for 5 hours waiting. I noted there were lots of empty tables so I gather they were short staffed. I said "No thanks". So we didn't eat at Pattis but had a nice lunch at the Landing Marina Restaurant. Their fish tacos were excellent. The shops are overpriced at Patti's. The terrain is a little difficult for seniors. Beautiful landscaping and the chapel is picturesque. I really liked all of the hooks in the bathroom, and the mattress was comfortable. It was a little warm when we arrived, but the air conditioner worked splendidly!
