We stayed in Great Barrington to attend a performance at the Mahaiwe. It was leaf-peeping season, so we stayed two nights. It was a pleasure to drive around the countryside. We had breakfast both days at Marketplace Kitchen Table, right across the street from our motel. On Saturday evening we ate at The Well. Terri and Terry were outstanding hosts. They were both easy to talk to and really went out of their way to make your stay very special. The breakfast was outstanding and Terri's recommendations were restaurants was on the mark. Lovely the music room and the juke box . Fantastic selection of Vinyl Albums on a great stereo.The inside of the B and B was very comfortable and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very good, it's close to the center of Main Street in Great Barrington. If you want a quiet place to sleep at a very low price with great value, this is where you should stay. The bathrooms are somewhat newly renovated. Parking is right in front of your unit.
