    Great high end city, great shopping and restaurants.

    Great high end city, great shopping and restaurants. You can take day tours and the city is completely walkable. You park your car and never need to use it until you leave. So beautiful too withe surrounding mountains. A special place. This was my second visit, I was there in the summer of 1999. It did not disappoint.

    Jackson was a great spot to use as base to explore the area.

    Jackson was a great spot to use as base to explore the area. The Grand Tetons are spectacular and a short drive away. We also spent a day in Jackson and attended the Wagon Train bar-b-que just outside of town which was fun. The kids enjoyed the horses and riding in the wagons. Many of the art shops in Jackson are very pricey, but other shops are available for standard tourist items. It is definitely a place you should visit.

    The Grand Teton National Park and surrounding area have a lot to offer. This time of year everything is extremely beautiful, green and water flowing. The views are incredible anywhere you drive and I recommend as much hiking as possible.

    Staying in Jackson was so much fun!

    Staying in Jackson was so much fun! Being only 30/45 minutes from the Grand Tetons was perfect- the Snow King Resort was such a fun place to stay while I was here, and eating at fun resturants such as Bubba's BBQ and getting coffee at Cowboy Coffee Co was delicious! There was a rodeo happening the weekend of May 30th/31st and it was such a blast as well to go see after a long day hiking the Tetons. Highly recommend visiting or driving through!

    We really enjoyed our time in Jackson, mainly exploring the Grand Teton National Park. We enjoyed shopping and dining downtown, although the needed construction of replacing the wooden walkways was annoying. We loved visiting Jackson Hole Valley and will return again soon!

    Our reason for visiting Jackson was to see The Great...

    Our reason for visiting Jackson was to see The Great Elephant Migration at the National Wildlife Museum. Once we had toured the temporary display (leaving on June 20, 2025) we toured the city and surrounding areas and found so many things to do! Hot air balloon rides, whitewater rafting, terrific community theatre, great food, fun shopping and stunning scenery. Our visit overlapped with Old West Week and the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar free concert, so we really lucked out. I would love to return for a longer stay and would encourage anyone who enjoys the outdoors and nature to visit Jackson.

    The hotel has gone a floor to ceiling remodel, however it still has that Motel 6 feel. The furniture is brand new and the bed is very comfortable. It is nice to have a full working kitchen in such an expensive town as Jackson.
