Value added hotel, great location in safe place. Easy friendly abd effective check in. Comfortable rooms; big and well ventilated. Firm&supportive mattress; with bathtub; good water pressure. Equipped with microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine; and free breakfast that's reasonably comprehensive; with hot food. Lots of eateries/restaurants nearby. Convenient. Also has sauna, swimming pool, hot pool, gym and self service laundrette. There are ice making machines, drinks vending machines Sergio at the front desk is superb; very prompt, effective, engaging, friendly, professional and supportive. Elevates my experience and hotel stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge

A beautiful town to visit with the beautiful beach nearby..I really enjoyed the Pageant of the masters and Sawdust festival since I was a child but was sad to see it was over during my visit for a wedding..The clothing shops highly overpriced. A great place to spend a vacation!

Laguna Hills Lodge was chosen for its location, price and...

Laguna Hills Lodge was chosen for its location, price and time to our excursion point. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition and found the property to be well kept. The room was nice and clean with: refrigerator+ seperate freezer on top, microwave, coffee set up, TV, clock, working air and heat, window that opens, tub/shower, sink outside the bathroom, nice weight towels, 2 true queen beds, comforters, plenty of pillows, iron and ironing board and lots of hangers. Continental breakfast was included: danishes, bagels and cream cheese, toast, butter and jelly, various cereals, whole milk and 2% milk, boiled eggs, bananas, tea, coffee, juices, and yogurts. The road alongside the hotel was noisey at commute time, but very quiet all night on a Saturday night :) This will be our stopping point for our trips to parks and plays in Los Angeles!

The only good thing was the room was clean and the staff for the most part were friendly - not helpful, but friendly. For the price we could have found much better accommodations and I was mislead by the good reviews. Maybe some of the rooms are better maintained and they were lucky to get one. The place is dingy and bad.yin need of renovation. Also their charges for parking and “amenities” are a scam. All in all we had four rooms total in our group - two standard and two king - and none of us would recommend this hotel to anyone. We certainly will never stay there again and we travel to the area quite often to visit family.

I travel for work frequently in this area.

I travel for work frequently in this area. I'm not in my room much. LHL is exactly the right location for me. Near the freeway, restaurants, shopping. The breakfast is simple but good. The rooms are always clean, comfortable. Respectful guests so I've never been kept awake. Staff are always super friendly, helpful, welcoming. Will continue to be my "go to" place for work stays.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It turned out to be exactly what I had hoped for — clean, cozy and well-groomed. The view from the window is amazing, which made my stay there even more enjoyable. The staff is very polite and attentive. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very pleasant experience.
