    This is a business district that is a quiet area.

    This is a business district that is a quiet area. It has ample dining options like Cracker Barrel, Chili's, Starbucks, fast food,, and more.. Although it is close and convenient to BWI Airport it is quiet enough that you can't hear the planes all the time. There is a movie theater in town. There is also a maritime and aviation museum. Depending on. Which hotel you stay at you can walk to places to eat. However a personal car or Uber is better

    I like the set up of the room but it was definitely crazy we...

    I like the set up of the room but it was definitely crazy we had to request extra towels as soon as we arrived for 5 guests we only had 3 towels then to my surprise when we went to bed the first bed the one side felt broken like sunk down and they were both every hard and uncomfortable and we had no extra linens for the pull out couch I again had to request! I will say our requests were immediately attended to and the delivery staff was pleasant! As the face of your company at guest check in they could be a bit kinder when explaining the wrist band situation which gave me the ick as it was annoying having to keep that on during our entire stay!If I had to come back I would definitely look for a different hotel because I feel I could have found better for the amount I paid for a one night stay!

    Great area if you want a location close to the airport,...

    Great area if you want a location close to the airport, restaurants, and outside of the rush of Baltimore. The area is clean and very accessible to nearby highways for traveling in and out of the area. We ate dinner just down the road at Primanti Bros, a fun sports-bar type restaurant with reasonably priced entrees and signature drinks.

    This is a great place to stay if you’re flying out of BWI.

    This is a great place to stay if you’re flying out of BWI. We were staying in Ocean City, but had an early morning flight This was a great option . They have afternoon drinks and appetizers for free. They had a lovely omelette station and breakfast, And they had a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Front desk staff was aloof, But it didn’t affect our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We do wish they had had Netflix. If you have your own, remember to bring your password

    I wouldn't stay at this hotel if it was the last one to stay...

    I wouldn't stay at this hotel if it was the last one to stay at on this earth. they have roaches, the place is dirty, the staff is nasty, and the breakfast is not a breakfast at all. you would be better off staying in your car.

    Nothing. Never made it there.

    Nothing. Never made it there. Spoke with Booking.com and they were trying to reach the hotel. I spoke with the manager at the hotel and he advised that since I had Covid that they would refund the cost of the hotel. That never happened. Booking.com said the hotel never responded. Not happy with the hotel nor Booking.com.

    When I saw how the breakfast situation was set up, I just bought some blueberry muffins which were excellent! Even though the hotel itself was not everything I expected it to be, I loved the fireplace and the shower in my room. The toilet was rather low. And I think there should be more railings in an "accessible" room. But, what made it so very nice was the staff. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant even though they did not have all the answers to my questions.

    The staff of the hotel were very generous going beyond expectations willing to help with accommodation. Some even offered help to give a ride to grocery store recognizing anticipated need. I am very pleased with the customer service provided to my relatives coming from abroad to visit us. It is definitely an excellent service! Thank you very much!
