    Location was perfect. Amenities, not so much.

    Location was perfect. Amenities, not so much. Condition of the room was horrible. Heat was not working. Coffee machine was not working. Water ran from the bottom of commode. Elevator was dangerous and loud.

    The location was ideal and near to shopping facilities.

    The location was ideal and near to shopping facilities. However, the hotel was filthy and lousy. Management was awful, disgusting, oppressive, and nasty and Patel lack reasoning and moral and ethical standards.

    They first gave away our room for March 6.

    They first gave away our room for March 6. Then on Sunday March 7th gave us the wrong room with someone was already staying in. Then when i check my banking account, they over charge me by $40.00 and a couple of dollars. I ask for a copy of the bill to b send to my email address but they did not.

    When I got there my reservation was canceled because I booked it on booking.com. being it was a third party booking booking.com couldn't see the was no rooms. I got there with no reservations thanks to booking.com!! I had to walk to another hotel that was a very horrible hotel.

    very good breakfast selection, fast in check and friendly people. Cheaper than neighboring hotels but cleaner and better breakfast. Room was clean and large. Gym was nice and clean
