United StatesBreakfast was deliciously fresh! Hot n cold items provided in a smorgasbord fashion. The dining area kept amazingly clean. Dining Room staffer stocked & cleaned area after each quest! Overnight staff till breakfast so very courteous friendly & warm hearted. Great hospitality skills.

I didn’t stay long enough to give feedback. I stayed there one night only, we went to the Publix (great place to shop); my family lives in another part of north Florida, so I stayed in Live Oak because I wanted a quality hotel stay.

Loved customer service. Bath and bed were wonderful. Loved location my money wasn't stolen like the hotel across the street. I was very appreciative of the hotel. Don't have a negative comment. I would recommend to others .

I am so disappointed! I booked the property in particular, because of the two queen beds, the breakfast, and the pool - none of this was provided! The breakfast was empty at 9am. Took them 30 min to fill it up. We got a king room. The pool was closed! I could have this much cheaper!
