The office manager ‘Ray’ was simply outstanding, she anticipated our needs and she should be promoted to the General Manager’s position. This motel is kept very clean and it is in a great, safe location.

Mac and cheese was amazing! Beautiful spacious room, attentive staff, entire hotel clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was nice and the xl jacuzzi was perfect!

Clean, they replaced towels in the morning, changed garbage & made bed. The breakfast was very good and it was very quiet. It was also a very good rate for the two evenings in comparison to surrounding hotel prices.

    Omg the Castle the people the friendliness!! It’s a hidden Gem down under! 😅😄loved all the people the trails and the river! Not like where we live for sure. Thinking of coming back next year to renew our vows in the gazebo ❤️❤️

    It was exactly what we needed. Good kitchen, dinning room and living room for us to visit with our family. The house had everything we needed to entertain. The bed and bedrooms were very comfortable. The backyard was great and it has a nice deck to view the beautiful outdoors. Loved the historical area and it was walkable to the park and downtown Loveland. Great community! All in all this is a great value. I would book this house again.

    My stay was perfect, amazing hosts, adorable town, well appointed apartment, comfy bed, cute decor. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful but were never obtrusive. I had business in Mason but would choose to be based there instead of a generic hotel by the highway. It was easy to get around as there was no traffic and Loveland has lots of restaurants and is very walkable.

    Cute little house, spacious compared to a hotel room, big fridge, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds and pillows, nice TV and sofa to relax on, clean apart from the shower and dust bunnies under the bed, good AC that didn’t leave the air feeling clammy.

    First of all the hotel should know if breakfast is included or not. Second they should not ask for a tip when they do NOTHING. last but not least the waggle cooker would be a nice addition.
