    Enjoyed staying directly on Lake Michigan in a small community (Ernie is in a nursing home according to the ladies at the coffee shop, sorry I was eavesdropping). The tour of the lighthouse was interesting as well as the beautiful location away for the normal tourist traps.

    Nice view of Lake Erie.

    Nice view of Lake Erie. Motel is just down from Marblehead Lighthouse. We ate at Freighters Lounge. Food was AWESOME! Also visited the Rocky Point Winery. Both are near Lake Pointe Motel where we stayed. Not far at all from where you can pick up ferry lines to head to Put-in-Bay, Kelly and Middle Bass Islands. So many nice looking places to stop, but we just didn't have time.

    We loved everything! Couldn't say anything bad about it.

    We loved everything! Couldn't say anything bad about it. Jacuzzi for 2 in the room 3 heated pools. 2 adults 1 kids. Pool by the lake white whirlpool. The walk way out by the lake Peir with 2 gazebo's good fishing! LL IN ALL VERY CLEAN

    Lake Point Motel is perfectly situated for Cedar Point, Kelly’s Island and so much more. Our room was spotless and innkeepers were there to make sure all was well. They have taken exceptional care to all the details and maintenance of this small property on the lake.
