I booked 4 nights but left after the 2nd night.
I booked 4 nights but left after the 2nd night. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress! Disgusting! It looked like someone was murdered in that bed! I complained to the hotel staff. They came in the room to see the stains and said it was coffee, not blood. I asked to be moved to another room, he refused, even though there only appeared to be a couple other guests in the hotel. I asked if all rooms were booked, he just said "you can't change rooms". I rephrased the question; "is there another room vacant in this hotel for the next 2 days". He raised his voice and repeated "you can't change rooms!" I asked for a refund for the 2 nights that I would not be staying, he said "no refunds" and walked away. We immediately checked out. Rude staff. Dirty place. No breakfast, just a coffee machine surrounded by a million gnats or fruit flies. Just gross. No toilet paper in the bathroom.Guest review byLinPuerto Rico
