The hotel staff was unresponsive, and there was a lack of drinkable water available on the premises. Despite offering to pay extra for water, there was insufficient supply. I booked because I like that there is private parking for guest and it’s affordable. However, I was disappointed because I booked 2weeks before our trip and it is confirmed but when I checked-in after midnight, they said there is no reservation for us. I even show her the booking number but insist that there’s nothing like that and they cannot accommodate us because they are fully booked. They should call me first if I need the room or I cannot arrive on time but nobody called me. Me and my kids came from a long exhausting trip and want to just sleep for few hours because we will go to our next destination. I’m so disappointed and upset.
