I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean House hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its breathtaking location – this hotel is indeed very close to the ocean, and the proximity to the water is simply unbeatable. One of the highlights of my stay was the everyday changing and tasty breakfast. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to the delicious surprises that awaited me. It was a delightful way to start my mornings and provided the perfect fuel for my day of exploration. What truly sets the Ocean House apart, though, is the serenity it offers. It's an incredibly quiet place, perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I found myself relaxing like never before, with nothing but the soothing sounds of the ocean to accompany me. And let's not forget the view! The ocean view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular. I spent countless hours gazing out at the horizon, watching the waves roll in and feeling completely mesmerized by the beauty of nature. It's a view that truly enhances the overall experience of staying at the Ocean House. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. In conclusion, I can't recommend the Ocean House hotel enough. It's a hidden gem that offers a unique combination of proximity to the ocean, delicious breakfasts, tranquility, and breathtaking ocean views. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to be.

Absolutely incredible hotel right on the ocean's edge! The panoramic windows offered breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. The breakfast was fit for royalty, with a delightful variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Right on the beach. The views are amazing. We’ve had really bad weather, but with the view it was still the perfect day. The house itself is very spacious and everything you need is theee. We loved it.

    The turn off from main highway was the only thing that we didn't like about this location. The restaurants and shops were all great in Depot Bay. The beach was absolutely beautiful we were able to watch sunset.

    We loved the short private hike down to the beach.

    We loved the short private hike down to the beach. We enjoyed a whale watching excursion at Depoe Bay, and the sand dune buggy ride in Florence. Also enjoyed the Sea Otter Caves. Great fun for our family get away!!
