This is a classic Texas western town in the oil fields, likely with really hard-working and skillful people that are the backbone of this country. If passing through, try to arrive somewhat earlier in the late afternoon, so that you could enjoy some of the interesting food and restaurants, and share company with great Texans. We arrived late on a cold Saturday evening, and were thankful that the local Dairy Queen crew welcomed us and they made a great hamburger combination(s) for us.

Staff was very nice. Room clean and comfortable. No bugs. Small property but nice. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Had a few choices, waffles, bagels, cereals, toast, honey buns, coffee, juice and fruit (apples, bananas). Had ice machine, laundry machines and I believe vending machines.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and has amenities designed for extended stays at a low cost. The rooms were very well cleaned, beds were comfortable, everything was operational, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived late and had 0 issues with our booking. Breakfast was more than enough and for this price, this value hotel cannot be beat. Recommend staying here 100% and I’ll be back.

There is not much to see or do in Ozona but it is located perfectly between El Paso and Houston so is a good place to stay overnight in route between those locations. This particular hotel was excellent and exceeded all of our expectations.

Ozona, Texas was a great halfway place for us to stop for the night, as we were driving from Carlsbad, New Mexico to our next roadtrip destination in San Antonio, Texas. The hotel, though old, was very well-maintained.
We stayed here for a night and really like the spacious room. It is an older hotel but nicely renovated by the owner. There are not too many hotels in this area, so this one is a good place to stay for one night.
Quiet, clean room, confortable bed. The hotel said it was recently renovated and it's true. The mix of vintage and new furnitures is well balance.
Breakfast was good too
